How we ship the item to you?

1)Our shipping method contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT and FedEx, as well as ordinary airmail- Singapore Post2) Usually the not-so-valuable item (free shipping) is shipped by Singapore Post, the delivery time is 7-18 working days.

NOTICE: Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn’t reach Russia. In this case, our customer service will provide you some instruction.

Where we ship to?

How fast you can get your product?
Besides the shipping option mainly depending the delivery time, the following points are also influencing  factors.

  • Your destination: the shipping time to some country is different from the other countries because of your location.
  • The package weight: the package over 21kg will arrive you one day later than that of small package under 21kg.
  • Our courier processing time: our available couriers are optional, and their processing time is one different from that of the other ones. And for several countries, only part of our shipment is available, For example, items to Russia, only EMS is available. And Singapore Post to USA, it only costs 8 working days not 12-15 working days.
  • Our items stock status: as usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
  • The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.

How about your delivery cost?

The delivery cost depends on automatic calculation of weight and package sizes by reference to the destination. The calculation results are different under the same weight in different area.

The prices also depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. We’re constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!

The shipping method you choose can affect your cost and shipping time, we suggest you to choose one that best meets your demands on price and delivery time.

Invalid tracking numbers could be due to:

  • The shipping company hasn’t updated the recent delivery information to their website.
  • The tracking code was not correct.
  • The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.

What should you do when you receive the item?

We guarantee that the item will be delivery to you successfully and safely. After you received it, the shipping company will require you to confirm the package buy signing.

Warranty:

the guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by xCarKeys.com. Our test engineer will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard.  After finish quality check, our QC stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.

Lost Products:

If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us. Usually, we will provide a tracking number and track link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirmation from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want to ship it through express, then you need to pay the express shipping fee.

1. In which situation we accept the return

We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must send back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.

First, the product has quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing you can not use it. This situation we will return full refund.

Second, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition, we will charge you 10% handling fee.

Third, you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as a return to you.

Fourth, if we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to send it back through ordinary airmail.

2. In which situation we do not accept the return

Please check detail before you purchase on xCarKeys.com. If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service, you can get our customers’ service information from our website.

First, If you order the wrong item by yourself, or you found it is not you want to order (not quality problem), we will not provide return policy to you, please aware of this.

Second, If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

3.Return for exchange item

When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.

Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as the return to you.

Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

What you do before returning for replacement: you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What’s wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.
Returning shipping options: after confirming your items is under our policy of returning, we please you use simple airmail to ship the item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or any other express.

How we will do after receiving your return: you need to keep touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

Notice for shipping options: When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT or any other courier, because we can not get your return item, we will not responsible for that.

Refund Policy

After we get your item return to us and check the item in good condition, we will issue your refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service. And we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Return to repair
When your item damaged after using some time later and need repair, we will provide repair service for you. Please contact with UOBDII.com customer service about the repair.

NOTE: You need to use ordinary airmail to send the item back to us after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.

What is customs? 

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first.

Who will be responsible for my import duty?

Import duty is what your country customs will charge you when your package passes through your country customs. It’s always buyer’s responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. So dear customer, your package import duty will be responsible by importer yourself, we are not responsible for the import duty. Because we have no idea about your importing country’s tariff policy and can not confirm the customs cost.
UOBDII.com doesn’t add the import duty in our product price or our shipping cost.

How much I will be charged for the import duty?

The amount of customs is different from one country to the other country according to your country tariff policy.

Please note:

Our shipping options include Regular Mail and Express Service. So the amount of customs will be different.

  • For package shipped by Singapore Post (please refer to our Shipment Policy), we usually declare invoice value as 10usd and mark it as gift. Usually, we do like this, your package will not     be charged for a high import duty by the customs, but it depends on your country tariff policy)
  • For package shipped by Express Service, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT. The amount of import duty will be charged differently because of the difference of your importing country’s tariff policy.

DHL upgraded policy about declared value: 
1. According to the regulation of DHL, the customs declared value should be not less than 80USD, otherwise DHL company will not delivery the package, or some documents will be provided to DHL, which will bring us much inconvenience, therefore, we have to declare the value up to 80USD. Please you get this note.

In order to resist the too-low declared value; the Customs regulate some customs clearance policy. If your package declared value is too low, you will be fined or your package will be returned to us. At the same time you as package receiver will be blacklisted in the Customs and DHL.

2. If you sign for the package with your personal name, we will be required by DHL Company to provide the trade documents between us.

UPS and EMS: so far, UPS and EMS haven’t upgraded their customs clearance policy as DHL Company required.

Our suggestion: we provide a regular mail (Singapore Post), if you do not can’t wait for your package, we recommend you Singapore Post, the delivery time of Singapore Post is usually 7-18 days, but will charge less import value.

What will we do to reduce your import tax?

If you have specific requirement on the declare value of the invoice that we will give to DHL when ship your package, please leave message on our website or email us. we will do as you required.
If you have no instruction about the invoice declare value, usually we will declare the item value range from 20USD-200USD which depends on the package weight and package volume.

What will we do if your package encounter customs clearance issues ?

When you encounter customs clearance issues, we will supply you the shipping invoice which you have to supply to customs. At the same time, we also will contact China DHL to help you deal with such situation.

If you are from Ecuador,please notice:  
According to the new Ecuador customs clearance regulations, the following contents must be included in the commercial invoice that we provide to DHL Company:
1. Shipper LOGO printed at the top left corner
2. Signature, seal of Company/Firm
2. Invoice number, correct number of f items, shipping date
3. Full receiver contact information: address, contact name, phone number
4. Country of origin, product brand name, the full description of goods (name, function, ingredients)
5. Item number.
